"I was with Statefarm for 4 years & during that time I had numerous rate changes that were insanely high but I just paid them up until recently. It jumped twice within 3 months $50 the first time & $80 at the end of the 3 months. I could not pay it so I called well In advance to see if they could change the rate or cancel the policy. Felix is the agent that was assigned to me & he outright lied to me for almost 3 weeks about making changes to my policy & calling me back. I had to reach out multiple times & each time I was told I would be called back & never did until today when I went online to make the payment & it was still at the astronomically high price that it was supposed to be changed from. He shifted blame to the billing department when in actuality if he followed up the way he was supposed to the changes could have & should have been made on time. After explaining repeatedly that I trusted what was being told to me,waited patiently & even did follow up calls myself to still get cheated he casually says it was done too late which is absolutely not true. I reach out to the 1-800 to see if anyone is able to do anything & I have to explain the situation multiple times to still not get assisted. I never paid a bill late in 4 years & was always very courteous & kind when speaking with any agent as I deal with customer service myself. I would never recommend this branch ever to anyone & I really wouldn’t suggest State Farm as a whole because the standard has been lowered so far beyond the basement with this company. Try someone else anyone else & any other company."
